This premium cider is increasing sales thanks to the successful “sidra sobre la madre” project and the campaign “Cider against cancer”. The Manzana Seleccionada cider is made by Sidra Trabanco, Sidra Muñiz, Sidra Peñón and Sidra Foncueva cellars.

The tasting table is the last quality control is performed in the apple cider Seleccionada seal. In this event, a committee examines the cider tasting presented to qualification. Only that you get the remarkable average note will be released with the anti-Apple labeled Selected.
