With a production of only 500,000 litres, Sidra Foncueva are able to lavish loving attention to every detail of their cider production. The handpicking of 100% Asturian apples, controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels, the later placement of the cider in oak barrels to reach the optimum point of ripeness prior to being bottled.
